About Me

N2GO was founded in 2007 by Maurice Sparks. Mr. Sparks is the owner, visionary and CEO. He currently has more than 25 years of experience in the housing and entertainment industry and spent the last 11 years researching and developing plans for a Net/Zero Mixed-Use Resort Community.

Mr. Sparks has partnered with AACPS (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Professional Services) with 60 years of combined experience building disaster-resistant homes and commercial properties and industry’s leading tech and renewable energy experts and to help move his vision forward.

He has been able to secure these relationships to show the viability of this project. Throughout the last 11 years Mr. Sparks has continued to build portfolios for different company’s looking to expand their real-estate portfolios. He has also produced projects such as feature- length films, Production Manager of The X Species, Producer and Director of The Prophets Son, Executive Producer and Director of TV Pilots Tucker and Money Car, Produced and Directed Commercial A series of 5 for Nonna’s Italian Bistro, Music Video Producer, Director and Editing A series of 6 for UV Entertainment Magee, Bounce for Sir Devin and 3 for The Prophets Son. Mr. Sparks leadership, vision and integrity play a key part in bringing all aspects of his project to life.

About Me

Natisha is an award winning, strategic and ingenious creative director, executive producer, writer and director with an eye for innovation, cutting edge creativity and project management perfection. Currently, she has created and is managing the thriving video team for Wireless and Special Projects at Dish. Natisha is the former Director of Creative Services for Fortune 35, Comcast and former Owner & Executive Producer of RunawayTrain Productions and current Owner and Creative Director of Walton Media, Inc. Due to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she has worked the gamut of clients (CNN, CBS Early Show,Showtime Boxing, HBO Comedy Festival, HGTV, Comcast and Western Union to name a few) and although her skill set is vast, her greatest expertise revolves in the worlds of content creation for film, television and video production, marketing and print collateral, digital media, live events and also as an on camera personality. Natisha hopes to combine her knowledge and experience in these areas as well as her entrepreneurial spirit and her passion for green living to deliver one of the biggest net zero housing and entertainment communities in the country.

About Me

Kyle has a BA in Economics from Willamette University and a MBA in International Business from University of Pittsburgh. Kyle has over 35 years of financial management experience supporting multi-billion-dollar corporations (e.g. AT&T and Qwest). His financial management expertise includes the identification and remediation of financial and operational risks, the evaluation and prioritization of projects, the creation of actionable financial plans, the development of insightful financial and operational metrics, and the identification and remediation of performance issues. In addition to his corporate experience, Kyle has shared his financial expertise with non-profit organizations: serving as CFO for the Pocono Choral Society and serving on the finance committee of the Highlands Ranch Community Association.
